Important Information – Please Read Before Booking Your Consultation

To ensure a productive and efficient consultation, please review the following information prior to scheduling your appointment with our office.

• Preparation for Your Consultation: Clients are requested to provide all relevant documents to allow our migration professionals to properly assess their matter. These may include your passport, visa documents, educational qualifications, employment records, resume, and any correspondence with the Department of Home Affairs.

  For phone or online consultations, all relevant documents must be submitted via email in advance so that our team can review them before the consultation.

• Visa Status Verification: By proceeding with a consultation booking, you authorise our office to verify your visa status through the VEVO system, where necessary, in order to provide accurate migration advice.
• Professional Consultation Fee: A professional consultation fee of $99 applies to all bookings. This consultation allows you to receive personalised guidance and an initial assessment of your migration options from our experienced team.
  Should you decide to proceed with a visa application through our office, the $99 consultation fee will be credited toward your professional service fees.
• Urgent Consultations: Limited same-day consultations may be available for urgent matters and can be arranged by contacting our office directly at +61 479 022 200, subject to availability.
• Late Arrival Policy: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled consultation. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, additional fees may apply.
• Confidentiality and Privacy: All information provided to our office during the booking and consultation process will be handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with professional privacy obligations.
